We aim to have you fully registered within four weeks and will notify you by email once you are registered with us.

To help us process your registration as quickly as possible, it is important that you:

• Answer all the application questions correctly
• Upload your ID
• Give us your correct email address
• Check your email in case we have to contact you regarding your application

Your registration might be delayed if we can’t find your NHS records or we’re unable to verify your ID.

Once you’ve received confirmation that you are registered with GP at Hand, you’ll no longer be registered at your previous GP surgery. Until then, please continue to see your existing GP or visit one of the local Walk In Centres.
